Todd Grotenhuis oh this is good. I’ve tried to explain that there are preppers that “get excited about getting to shoot someone who comes for their stuff” and preppers that “get excited about sharing seeds and food and such”

I’ll never forget a conversation I was part of once, years ago. An acquaintance and her boyfriend. Boyfriend was a local cop in a small town. I don’t remember how we started talking about survival/prepping, but I’ll never forget what he said: “Oh, I’m not worried about prepping. Me and my guys, we know where all the preppers live. We have all the guns and the SWAT gear. We’ll just go take what we need.”
