Super excited to be this week’s People & Blogs interview. I love this series and it was fun to be part of it.

👏🏻 Awesome interview. Your experience with weight lifting and crochet sounds exactly like my wife’s.

brilliant, well done! Lovely to read about your personal history and (how that maybe shapes) your creative process and philosophy. You’re an inspiration.

That was an awesome interview! I loved reading about your creative process and your advice to new bloggers. I find myself sometimes falling into the trap of “if it’s not perfect I shouldn’t post it” and some of my best experience have been when I let go and just did what I wanted. Thank you for being an inspiring voice on the internet 😄

@heyloura thanks, Loura, and same to you! I always love seeing what you’re up to on your site.

I was able to read this last night and it was all great, but particularly the part you wrote about writing for yourself and not your audience was brilliant. I’ve written on audience capture and I think it is one of the most under-considered aspects of writing and sharing publicly.

I’m so glad this showed up in my feed today. Thanks for this. I love the light and joyful approach you talk about.

@jthingelstad Jamie, thanks for reading. I recall this piece you wrote – it was really helpful to me, as you put into words what I’d been feeling (plus a lot more, with great clarification).
